Archive: An October Evening Engagement Session Downtown Frederick, Maryland with Peyton Olivia Photography

Even though it’s mid November, I wanted to share a beautiful engagement session I photographed in October. I love October because the scenery is perfect- a little green, but mostly orange, red, and yellow- and the weather is just right for you to look your best without freezing or over heating. We photographed their engagement session throughout Carroll Creek in downtown Frederick, Maryland while their 2 sweet children helped me find the perfect locations and compositions.

This sweet couple have been together for 10 years and they celebrate their anniversary on Halloween (I am kinda jealous because Halloween is the best day out of the year). Next year they will be getting married on the 31st, but they will not be having a Halloween theme wedding. I think it’s important make your wedding day YOUR wedding day; just because it’s a holiday doesn’t mean you have to share it with your special day.
